On their antispyware tool, I haven't tried it yet, and don't plan to try it until the frequency of reported false-positives are greatly reduced. It seems that this update is causing serious issues. My opinion (which I admit may be mistaken) is that they're using it as a means to gather data for the Microsoft anti-virus tool that they plan to start selling later this year. I've seen some confusion on the boards, and just wanted to clarify that the "malicious software removal tool" found in the Windows Update this month is not the same program as the Microsoft Antispyware Beta that has been in the press recently.
